Really, really wanted to love this but man...
I'd watch Jensen reading the phone book, he's that good, but this series is well below his abilities.
There's great sweeping shots of LA and film-worthy scenes, for sure. On the other hand - A cliche ridden script with cut out characters like Blythe and absolutely no suspense. I can't get to know the leading characters because there's...nothing to them. I don't care about them.
And the 180 turnaround that happens in Ep10 is unforgiveable. As if the past 9 eps didn't matter. Seriously. What was Haas thinking..?
Jensen needs to forget buildig up his wife's Media Company and get a role that tests his amazing acting skills. I mean, the guy is a millionaire - he can do what he likes. But this, is just a waste. Be surprised if it gets a S2.
Compare this to a 20yr old fantasy series and the writing just does not compare. I'd watch Supernatural any day over this effort.
