If you want a blood and gore survivalist "reality" show this is not the one. I walked away in sheer awe of the strength of each and every contestant. I was home sick and stumbled across this series but I can not begin to explain the impact it made on me.... the emotions ... OMG!!! It will be on my forever...repeat . It proves that the mind is totally the strongest weapon we have despite what experience we have. I can only say that Gina is such a beautiful , soulful represpresentation of the person I could only strive to become.
