Witty movie based on a man wanting a baby with a 20 year old younger surrogate. I fear many viewers will judge this film by its ending rather than the developing relationship between the couple. This relationship develops to love without the physical side. The ending is a shock which I thought was setting me up for Together Together 2 but when I thought about it more I considered that it was the most logical conclusion. It is comforting to have a movie where one reflects about the plot rather than rushing to consume some other digital output. I wouldn’t be totally annoyed if there was a Together Together 2 😂

I find the main actor virtually indistinct. Why doesn’t he open his mouth.

What a totally overhyped movie. Early overuse of fish eyed lens was distracting. The story was wafer thin and boring. Unless you are a lesbian and are into period pieces avoid. Having said all that the costumes were excellent. Come back Humphrey Bogart all is forgiven.
