this book is a game changer! I bake out of it at least twice a month, and everything is so easy to follow. My favorites are the english muffins and the blondie bars. if you are looking for how to bake gluten free, or know people who are gluten free this is the book for you. Every person who eats one of my baking creations from this book are shocked that its GF, because it has all the tenderness of gluten and no weird aftertaste like so many things you buy at the store. Aran other book is just as incredible and I cant wait to get my hands on her newest book coming this fall.
