A little disappointing with the reveal at the end, taking away from the supernatural horror aspect of the first movie, but still a great watch nonetheless, especially if you enjoy slasher movies. Also, just having Tobin Bell in the movie made a nice surprise, and made it that much more great to watch.

Just watched this, and right from the start I could tell it was going to my my favourite Batman movie yet. The way they built him up to be something “horror worthy” before showing him in the movie was fantastic. Completely worth the watch, the cast was perfect, the tone was the right amount of “dark” to enjoy the brutality of Gotham and it’s characters, and the pacing was excellent to go through the story arcs with Falcone, Penguin, etc. Highly recommend and hope for a sequel and extension of this universe of characters.
