😑 2 stars only because Visually it was good but other than that this movie is a dud.. The monsters are so fast in the beginning that one literally snatched a whole man out of scene without the main character even noticing but at the end they are chasing these people clumsily running with space suits on for like 20 minutes.. like come on bro.. and so many of the lines were so cheesy and cliche.. I love Anthony Ramos but this movie was just not it

*SPOILER ALERT* IF YOU HAVE NOT SEEN THE MOVIE AND PLAN TO, DON'T READ MY REVIEW. THIS REVIEW WILL RUIN THE MAIN TWIST. NOW To all the people here who have already seen the movie My only issue with this movie is WHAT WAS THE POINT!? I loved the Aunt Gladys character, she looked the part and was very fun to watch but what did she gain by making the kid's stand in the basement? Once we learned that she was the reason for them all leaving, I thought maybe she was gonna be like drinking their blood or sacrificing them or something but she literally just had them standing in the basement and her condition didn't seem to be improving or anything so I just don't see what the point of taking them was. Unless she was like planning a sacrificial ritual but just never got the chance to do it because of all the intrusions. Idk. Also who's going to explain the dead cop and the dead junkie in the house ? The town would actually have to accept the story that a witch was controlling them and the kid's and she was the cause of everything so the teacher had to kill them in self defense. But other than that it was a decent movie. Not great but not bad.

Keep breathing is a masterpiece.. it's literally art.. It masterfully takes the audience on a journey thru the main Characters (Liv) Dark night of the Soul.. Liv is forced to face her demons and come to terms with her past while also fighting to survive physically.. BEAUTIFULLY Done and there is no need for a second season this is a finished work of Art in my opinion anyone who is dealing with or has dealt with trauma stemming from your childhood you will feel such a connection with this show.
