The movie was awful. The acting was terrible. Willam Defo was just being himself. The film felt like it Dragged on unnecessarily long and burned screentime. My family walked out near the climax of the film due to poor quality and pacing. Count Orlok seemed like a boring seemingly invincible force. The characters were boring and dull. Acted like it was cleverly written, but you can tell it was just poor writing and poor acting. A waste if 1:40 minutes I'll never get back.

Wow, very stirring performance by Jim Carry, the excitable and lovable goofy actor, to a Dark, existential and serious role. I personally don't agree with this rating, it needs to be higher. Despite touching on and diving into the dark, tragedy of a dutiful cop. It goes to show how easily and corruptible one can become. Love the contrast to Jim's performance.
