As a person that’s desperately wanting DC to get on track I’m extremely disappointed with this movie. I try to give benefit of the doubt but this isn’t it. The character could have great potential if done right. It seems like Gunn brought over the cheesy corniness from Marvel. Children will enjoy this movie or anyone that hasn’t heard a joke before. There are some funny parts early in the movie but it becomes too cringe as the movie progresses. I hate to be the one to give another bad review for a DC movie. I can only imagine those that are praising this movie are either paid, bots, or have very low standards. MY RATING - 5/10.
