I'm not happy at all with Dr. Livingood's Website. I signed up to get the book & I spoke to someone to explain that I just wanted to receive the book, however that's not the case at all. I didn't authorize any further charges & have been consistently billed $28.62 each month on the 11th of each month since November 11th through May 11. I also sent a text as well to inform them that I wanted no further interaction or products from this website. I have consistently received emails that I didn't agree to from the site. I'm now being told by my bank, that Dr. Livingood doesn't acknowledge receiving this information, which couldn't be further from the truth. I required several hospitalizations during this time span & these charges went unnoticed. I'm a senior on a budget & had no intentions of purchasing any other products from the site. I am very upset & displeased with this untruth especially because I'm an honest person. I have no faith in this business or its practices. I will be pursuing this matter further. I had to give the site one star at least for this complaint to post.
