As a fan of The Last of Us franchise, The Last of Us Part II was a great game. The story was intriguing, and the characters were well-developed. Initially, I knew people were upset with Abby's decision to kill Joel, but as I progressed through the game, I started to appreciate her character. She was 50% funny and 50% serious, which made her stand out among other characters in the game.
Moreover, the gameplay was much better than the previous version. The developers added a lot of new features like dodging, proning, silencers, explosive arrows, and gameplay modifiers, which made the game more engaging and exciting. I enjoyed playing the game even more after Naughty Dog released The Last of Us Part II Remastered. The game had even more features, such as skins for Ellie and Abby, a speedrun feature, better graphics, and the ability to import PS4 data to the Remastered version.
However, what I loved most about the game was the No Return mode. It was amazing! Although it was the same thing over and over, I still had a lot of fun with all the characters. The only thing that bothered me was why all the female characters, including Lev, played like Ellie, while all the male characters, including Tommy and Joel, played like Abby. It would have been better if they had varied the gameplay for each character.
Overall, The Last of Us Part II was a 9/10 game for me. I can't wait for Part III.
