Some good info but I find it ironic that she says the object of living is quality, not quantity, that is, the goal is not to live long but well. Her diet restrictions are so severe that no one alive can eat just cauliflower and meat. I consider myself pretty educated about food and eat a healthy diet, way better than anyone I know. But I would never want to completely do without bread, whole grains or a bit of sugar. Not doable for me! Life’s too short!
