An incredible book on the state of climate science, and how we can move forward in a science based approach to understand impacts, risks and adaptation. I had read Unsettled by Steve Koonin prior to this book, which is a good primer on the UN reports and how to decode them.

An easy to read book, telling a story. But the issue is Yuval portrays this as fact and science, when it is his opinion and theory. Peers have been critical of how Yuval glosses over major points. So read it with the knowledge that you are getting one man’s opinion on what is wrong with humans.
