Awful! Madeline is the most selfish lead character I have seen and all these people seems to follow a leader who is a coward(runs away at the first obstracle) selfish person (doesn't care about employees, her own company or her son) who doesn't even have her own ideas and when people give her ideas she doesn't even know what to do with it!
