Unique writing style, quick chapters kept the plot moving and surprising twists came with each page. There are serious topics underlying the characters' actions, but the rapid pace of their lives and the well-described locales and backgrounds give a window into a world of wealth, manners and lifestyles probably unfamiliar to the average reader. A very entertaining read.
