This would be the greatest book if only it’s premise was useful. It can help you with habits but the question is why? If you are so unhappy with who you are as a person that you actually want to change all your habits…indeed change yourself 1% per day … I wonder what is going on with you on a much deeper level! Why do you need to change? Why don’t you like who you are? Exactly who are you trying to become? All of these questions are only answered in this book if you are focused on the very Surface and ultimately not so important issues as eating and exercise. In the grand scheme of what matters in life those are minor issues. Habits are easy … thus why this book and many others work. But will changing your habits actually solve your problems? Doubtful.
