I can’t say there’s a single redeeming thing about the show. The plot is so loosely tied together, the sub plot with Hera doesn’t make any sense. The actors of all the lead characters are so monotone and lack any depth and devoid of any meaningful character, pretty much you get someone who’s smug and is the main character, end of personality. The pacing is so incredibly slow, there are countless scenes and series of events that drag out for runtime. There’s no tension because as Disney has shown time and time again characters just survive life ending wounds. The dialog is often contradictory, nonsensical, or adds nothing of value to the plot or characterization / development. The scenes with Anakin while cool contribute nothing to plot and seems to only exist to advertise the show and try to get people on nostalgia alone. Those scenes aren’t even particularly well shot or interesting, it’s pretty much flashing old stuff with a “lesson” to be taught to Ahsoka which as far as I can tell no one can come to unanimous conclusion to what the lesson is because it’s a bunch of hoopla to have a excuse tie it to the plot. It’s a real shame because as much as I love the franchise I’d have to say the majority of content is downright awful or at best can be described as dumb fun.
