Hard to believe this series was made over 40 years ago. Excellent acting, interesting biographical story about a self-made feminist ahead of her time, even though she was a bit of a skank. And her primary calling card was her physical beauty. She became a major celeb of her time. Interesting insights into upper-class English history, as well. If you like Downtown Abbey, you'll like "Lillie." Great binge watching. It's free on Prime Video.
