Any movie with Paul Newman (not to mention the co-stars) deserves at least a 4. He's Paul doing what Paul does, and the rest of the cast makes this a great ensemble movie.

I didn't have the opportunity to watch Boston Legal the first time around, so now I am watching reruns on Escape. This is one of the most tongue-in-cheek, entertaining series I have had the pleasure of watching. This is one series I would love to have on CD. Every actor, every character is cheeky and lush - they don't hold back, which is what makes this series so abundantly satisfying. I can't overlook the writers, because no matter how good the actors are, without a terrific script there would be nothing. Kudos all the way around. Thanks for the fun.

Every now and then you run across a lost-in-the-shuffle gem of a movie - be it comedy (Undercover Blues), love story (Accidental Tourist), drama (One True Thing) or scary movie (Mr. Brooks or The Perfect Host). The Watcher is one of those gems. When we find these gems we must overlook the Rotten Tomatoes, the critics and go with what we truly like. I truly like this movie. I have it on CD and will continue to enjoy it for years. We often forget that we watch TV, theater and movies for entertainment. We want to be carried away to another time and place, for just a few minutes. This subtle, menacing movie does just that.

I am giving it a 5 because it far deserves more than what a lot of folks posted. Good, pretty clean fun noir. Not acadamy award, but still worth more than some of the driveling, snobbish reviews of wannabe critics. Hoping my 5 brings it up a bit. This is NOT a 2.1 rating.

First of all, this is gets HUGE kudos from me. Just a great movie. Ignore those silly critics!! I get so tired of cynical, world weary critics who just can't stand to experience joy. Please, please critics, pull out your thesauruses and your heads,and start delivering your hype from planet earth. This is a GREAT family movie. It is fun. Endearing. Sometimes sorrowful, but it is a good movie. I felt clean and not slogged down in goopy filth when I left the theater. Call of the Wild is a terrific way to spend 1 hour and 40 minutes any day of the week. It has a good story line, costumes and sets spot on, breath taking scenery, scoundrels, the charismatic canine DUKE and of course, Harrison Ford. Who doesn't love all this stuff in a move? Don't miss it.
