Horror is my favorite movie genre and this is easily one of my favorite horror films. It did not disappoint. It’s one of those movies that could be watched more than once. You’ll start to notice more and more details each time. Toni Collette deserved an award for how amazing her performance was. Her grief was palpable and left a lasting impact on me. Ari Aster is a phenomenal director. If you love horror, I wholeheartedly believe it is worth watching.

Only the first 25 minutes are worth watching. The aliens were unrealistically weak. It just doesn’t make any sense and also leaves so many questions unanswered. Overall, not scary at all. I even laughed out loud during some parts. I would give it zero stars if I could.
