I never knew who Tess was until I watched March 8th 2022. I am a size 14. Tess really blessed me and I now have a new favorite person. My mother always ridiculed me if my clothes where not so baggy I wouldn't look heavy. I was a size 2-4. The more my mom emphasized my appearance the more I ate. I am comfortable about my self and now more so after hearing Tess . I loved today's show. Thank you
