Once more Andrew Marr has shown himself to be an arrogant and disrespectful individual. His treatment of the Prime Minister was Marr’s appalling display of his disdain for the Prime Minister. I believe if you invite someone for interview, then you give them the opportunity to reply to your questions. Not so, for Marr whom rudely and almost ad nauseaum demonstrated he would not let the Prime Minister give any opportunity to reply. Marr has personally taken the chance to score cheap points by deliberately not allowing the Prime Minister to reply to his aggressive questioning in some vague notion that it would portray the Prime Minister as a bumbling, stumbling fool. Throughout this car crash interview from Marr, the Prime Minister remained respectful and did not allow himself to be affected by Marr’s cheap and frankly demeaning snide comments. The Prime Minister may not be to everyone’s political persuasion. However, he should be afforded the courtesy of being allowed to answer the questioners enquiry. I cannot see the logic of Marr’s behaviour today. I would like him to see him show the same tacit behaviour to other political figures on his show.
