This summer, this is the Telugu movie you gotta watch in theaters for a few reasons.
It is a decent film with a big star and massive highlights that one expects from a movie of such scale.
This film feels like the third and final movie from Mahesh's trilogy of films on social messages. That includes Srimanthudu, Bharat Ane Nenu and now Maharshi. It's good to see what messages he tries to convey through this movie.
Go watch it to pass time without looking into your phone for over 90% of the movie. Except for a song between the lead pair and few unnecessary shots to convey the emotion. I think the audience is smart enough to understand the emotion. But still, I would have this one amongst his top 10 maybe. There are many scenes where Mahesh left the supporting cast shine and that worked well.
Considering it's a 3 hour long movie, there's no better way to beat this summer heat than enjoy a pleasant weather inside a theater hall, with a bucket of pop corn and a ThumsUp to beat the summer heat.
