Best investment I have made for myself in years! I was looking to get back into boxing or kickboxing after over 5 years away from it.
I love the full body workout that they have incorporated into kickboxing drills. I prefer Southpaw, so the switch up is perfect for me. Annnd the strength training is one of the best I've had in years.
As a professional, my schedule is ALWAYS full, so having flexible class options is a HUGE plus for me.
Everyone is supportive, with weekly check-ins from the founders, Amanda and Stacey (an extra special plus you won't get from many places). And plenty of like minded women to workout beside😊
