this game is 10 years old run by a company whose whole rep is being evil. i could write an essay on it really i own one expansion 1/16 actually one out of 71 if you count the slew of dlc they have on offer not marketed as an expansion at that oh so painful $40 price. I bring up only having one dlc because my game breaks literally all of the god forsaken time you can imagine if this is the case with one dlc what its like for players who forked over quiet possibly HUNDREDS OF DOLLARS on these packs to be met with their games being broken from the money they just decided to spend again this if official dlc from THE COMPANY this is because a few years ago EA decided to spit in the face of everyone who payed for various copies of the game on different platforms by making the game free so they could turn it into what was basically a live service...this is why they there's so many dlcs for this now 10 year old game because it is a broken buggy live service mess considering they recently announced there will be no sims 5 and the "sims 4" platform will be updated from here on out i expect it to only get worse i could talks about a few other things like how they've taken over there own community by paying creators to only say good things about the company or how they will ban your EA account for reasons that SHOULD NOT BE LEGAL and several people within the community have had this happen to them with on help from the nonexistent customer support from a billion dollar company theres more but all of this is to say that in 2024 if you want to get into the sims...DON'T theres very little good about the game anymore...THANKS EA!
