Highly reccomend seeing the re-imagined version of The Lion King! 👏 It was beautiful! 😍 was a really good tribute to our childhood favorite & I was so impressed with how much justice, respect and attention to detail they paid to the original movie...especially the songs! - they were sung so very, very similar yet re-freshed! They also picked such perfect vocal choices for both the songs & the voices of the characters I thought👌💖 Even the likenesses of most of the characters were pretty on point!...there were a few small scenes/songs they left out that I wish they kept in but only very small minor ones really. I do feel that this one is a bit more of a "matured" version for the 80's - 90's kids who are now adults or even the adults who haven't seen the original...as while it did provide some amounts of comedy, it felt a little more focused on the touching, powerful and heart warming side and just a little less funny than the original. So not as much for the kids this time. Apart from that I was so moved & really loved it! 🥰🥰🥰
