What a fun ride! The Alters is a work of art and the story it tells while keeping me fully engaged throughout was so good I can’t wait to see a movie made around the concept. I never saw myself getting into a “resource management” genre game. The writing, the visuals, and the constant looming threats from multiple directions kept me hooked through the whole first play through. The game is designed for multiple play throughs with a diversity of different plots and characters to interact with each time you do and I intend to play through it multiple times more to uncover everything that this studio has created for us. Putting triple a titles to shame.

I don’t think I’ve ever seen a movie miss almost every punchline so awkwardly in my life. Watched this on a flight and want that time back that it stole even though I was on an airplane lol
