Family Matter

This review contains Spoiler s : Scream 2 is not as iconic Scream 1 , Scream 1 is more iconic and it has its legacy for the slasher genre . But man i think Scream 2 is basically better. I like how they ramp things up with the budget and with the setting. And i also think wes craven still have the same suspense and the tension of the first film but better ,I think the characters are better in 2 more than 1 about how they are still traumatized about what happened 2 years ago, I like the performance of Neve Campbell and Courtney Cox but I'm not a fan of david arquette . I think this movie arguably has better killers , I like the execution of the who done it aspect in this movie more than the first film in the first film you know who is the killer but in scream 2 it's much more confusing. But the weird thing about scream 2 is that they say that sequels are always much more gorier than their originals as Randy's says " More blood! More Gore !" i mean.... Really ? is Scream 2 more gorier than Scream 1 ? I don't think so i mean Scream 2 has higher kill count but the kills is not as bloody as the first film . Overall i think Scream 2 is the greatest horror sequel ever made and i think it's one of the few movies that surpasses their originals. I mean yeah Scream 2 is basically copying Scream 1 it copy's the same recipe but it has a ramped up version of this recipe , Overall 10/10 one of the greatest horror Movies ever!.
