Why does the main character keep kicking trees?

Another terrible franchise adaptation, so many other things could have been explored within the Resident Evil world, except we get yet another horrible, cringey teen drama. Don't even bother.

I'm convinced 90% of the people who are giving this 5 stars are just bots. There is absolutely no way that anyone who played any of the Halo video games thinks is even remotely good or an accurate representation of one of the most badass characters in video game history. This show is utter garbage and needs to be canceled. I'd rather wait another 8 years for them to get it right than to see a season 2 of this garbage.
