This movie had the potential to be a great movie but the forced humourous attempts, the inconsistent magical rules, the weak plot and most of all the very annoying main character who questions why she should be a servant and defies the "master", yet after the dragon frees her she immediately says that her destiny is to be a servant and wants to go back. She suddenly is this arrogant, not listening to the wise dragon, girl, who is constantly annoyed at the dragon and wants to do her own thing. My biggest annoyance goes to the mouse who was apparently there for comedic relief but just made EVERY SITUATION WORSE without being funny at all... I was kind of hoping for the dragon to just eat it off screen. 2.2 out of 10.
