This movie is really devastating. To just fight death in this way. When the reality is death is inevitable. The continued references to faith and questioning God was so telling of that. The ONE thing that made me so angry with this movie is. All the lighters and all the cigarettes they smoked. Not a single one of them thought to simply start a damn fire to keep warm, cook and sanitize things, melt snow for water, etc.. No one thought of smoke signals!!?? No one thought to use the plain curtains to shield the wind from when they were all inside the plane. Before the avalanche. All those clothes in suitcases and they had little small jackets and nothing on their heads? This why I really think poor people who are use to making due with nothing will be the ones to survive bc privilege, rich folks wouldn’t know how to survive with nothing The love they had for each other was heartfelt and beautiful. Definitely had me in tears.

Did Jamie kill the girl or nah? I just felt like I was missing something the entire movie. I was waiting for a plot twist with all the foreshadowing. But there never was confirmation. It felt unfinished for me . Something was missing. The acting was good. The dad was clearly the main character. I just felt the script could have been more concrete.
