Typically when I go to the store if I see a Nicholas Sparks book I’ll grab it and it’ll eventually make its way to my summer reading.
I’m glad this was one of the first summer reads because it was spectacular. In typical Sparks fashion you’re taken on an enticing love story. I personally am a big fan of flash backs from present day to 1996 and keeping up with multiple characters at once so this book kept me intrigued. It started off a bit slow in the first chapter or so, but quickly ramped up and I couldn’t put the book down. I stayed up until 2am just to finish it because I had to know what came next.
