Absolutely fantastic facility. I completed the 3 week training phase of FREUC 5 at In Safe Hands, from booking to receiving pre course work content the company impressed me at every step. The facilities are by far the most impressive I have come across with mock up areas such as RTC, kitchen, bathroom that add a real sense of realism to all the scenarios. As for the instructors, they were all fantastic. Extremely knowledgeable yet approachable. All questions answered in a way that was easily understood by the entire group. This was evident by the constant check of understanding. There was never a moment where they just brushed over a topic. Since the training phase ended I have continued to feel supported by in safe hands and their team while I work through my workbooks. A great company, and team that I highly recommend.
