Confused nostalgic and boring with little chemistry or excitement. and just makes no sense. spoiler like the entire reason Neo is able to do his mojo is that he detaches from the world realizing it is all just fake, very buddhist, whereas Trinity in the present movie actually starts gets teary eyed about how beautiful the world is, just getting even more enwrapped in maya the illusion of the world and yet powers up anyway. comes across as just being an equal time thing but no actual narrative or philosophical reason.
