I just watched the latest blockbuster, "officer on duty" and I must say, it's an absolute captivating ride from start to finish! The script is fantastic, with a narrative that's engaging, suspenseful, and an issue that's a matter of great concern - drugs & the exploitations thereon.
The action sequences are top-notch, with all the stars delivering impressive performances. However, the hero kunchacko and main villain steal the show with their electrifying performance and mind-blowing action scenes. Their confrontations are intense, and you'll find yourself on the edge of your seat on the sequences.
The direction is superb, with the filmmaker expertly weaving together the various plot threads to create a cohesive and gripping story. The background music is equally impressive, perfectly complementing the on-screen action and adding to the overall tension.
However, there's one major drawback that prevents the movie from being a complete masterpiece: the excessive use of dark areas and dark backgrounds. While this may have been a deliberate creative choice to enhance the mood and atmosphere, it often makes it difficult to see what's happening on screen. Several key sequences are shot in such low light that it's challenging to follow the action, which can be frustrating.
Despite this issue, the movie remains a must-watch for fans of action-packed thrillers. With its fantastic script, outstanding performances, and superlative direction, it's an exhilarating ride that will keep you hooked until the very end. Just be prepared to squint through some of the darker scenes! I would have given it a 5 star had it not been for the overwhelming sessions of dark shots.
