Great read. Confirms what a great company Costco is. I work as an anesthetist and was interviewing a patient. I said, "do I know you?" He replied, "Think of your happy place." You work at Costco! We both laughed!
I do a "walk around" at my local Costco, 3-4 times a week. This book has encouraged me to seek out other Costco's around the world.
