Overall good except it has an extremely dumb and dangerous side plot about how the placebo effect and slow breathing can work as well as Albuterol for someone having an asthma attack. That is not at all true, and you know some moron parent is going to read this book and try to ween their asthmatic kid off Albuterol, which might very well kill them. This is like having a side plot about how ivermectin cures cancer. Totally unnecessary to the story, distracting and just dumb dumb dumb.
