I breezed though this book during my honeymoon train trips, and it was worth every second. Very entertaining, loved the use of space, tech and science concepts. Pacing was amazing and the feeling of loneliness gave the ending a great feeling. The movie was good, but reading the book before the movie was priceless.

An entertaining read, but ultimately can't touch The Martian. The end was unfulfilling and the use of science terms and concepts in the book, although interesting, did not pull me as it did on The Martian. Give it a read, but don't expect it to be a sequel.
