Is it possible to find out if the Welsh Labour Party's last manifesto promised to reduce the National Speed Limit ?
Our assembly member says that it was. I doubt he'd lie about it but it wasn't lorded much because I for one didn't pick up on it.
Just a thought for any fact checkers who may be interested.
