It started fine but became very lame as it fired cast members that represented Hawaii well (eg Danny Dae, Grace Park) and placed emphasis on others who seem very out of place (eg Jerry). If the target audience are midwesterners who never/rarely see the ocean & the island, the show may be ok. For the rest of us it has become a (bad & sad) joke. Stopped watching.
