If it was out of 10, it’d be 9/10. Not enough of the other characters besides reze and denji, especially not enough power. However, that’s not the movies fault, and simply pulled directly from the manga, but I appreciate that they gave both characters depth instead of cramming a movie with under 2 hours of run time with shallow characters. That is my only gripe Absolute cinema.

If you’re looking for plot it’s a 6/10 If you’re looking for character development it’s a 5/10 If you’re looking for references it’s a 9/10 If you’re looking for a good time it’s a 10/10. Absolute Cinema.

I actually really liked it. The cgi was actually pretty good and my favorite part was the intro sequence, it really felt like I was looking back at a rewritten history! Although the dialogue in writing could use some work. 4 stars
