Was this a comedy? Because it is hilarious. Upper middle class college student gets pregnant from failed contraception (condom) but decided to have a baby even though she has no partner and deliberately tried to prevent pregnancy. Abortion is never mentioned. No conversation about terminating pregnancy happens. At all. Why? Of course, everything works out great! Professional success AND the man who got her pregnant is happy to be a father unexpectedly, and then they fall in love. Just like real life. Truly preposterous. This movie adds to the stigma around abortion, at precisely the wrong time.
