I found this film quite sexist actually. Kill off the wife and no one seems remotely affected by it, at least up until the point of where I got fed up and turned it off. The husband was essentially an overgrown man child who just wanted to race cars at the expense of everything and everyone else. The wife dutifully looks after everything whilst ‘promises’ from him were like luxuries. Not to mention the casual animal abuse that occurs. Do yourself a favour and skip. Really disappointed as Amanda Seyfried films usually have a lot more emotional depth than this
