The JERUSALEM Bible especially the New Jerusalem Bible is one good tool as a reference for textual study . For example the change in textual reading of 1 John 5:7 when the phrase " the father,the son and the holy ghost and these three are one " was already removed . That is a good move to copy various translations like New World Translation... erasing such phrase based from ancient manus cripts.
