I met Tommy Spaulding in Athens, Greece between July 16 and July 23 2017 on a program called YPO (Young President’s Organization) Leadership 2017 program and at the end of the program he gave me and other students a copy of The Heart Led Leader. It’s a phenomenal life changing novel and I would highly recommend everyone to read it by either purchasing it on iTunes or purchasing a physical copy of it. Throughout the YPO Leadership 2017 program Tommy spoke about 18 different wonderful leaders that he met over the course of his life and he wrote about them in The Heart Led Leader novel. These leaders deeply care about serving employees and customers. The entire program changed my entire life. Everything Tommy Spaulding has been saying on that program has turned out to be true. Tommy believes that most companies care more about profits rather than serving their own employees and customers. It is a belief that I also share to this day as I am writing this review on September 11 2023. More than six years have passed since I met him and I still strongly support his teachings.
