It could've been a crime mystery, the only thing that made it a horror was the cheap jumpscares. The kids mother was always brought up but we were never introduced to her in a meaningful way.
How'd the cops learn about the little girls dreams? And why did they take them so seriously? At the end why can't the grabber be seen without either of his mask halves?
Not the worst horror movie but definitely not worth a rewatch.
