The battles are alow and far apart on the lower difficulty settings but once you hit thr higher levels, the difficulty is ramped up to crazy proportions. Where fire fights feel more cinematic than anything.
Picking a load out of weapons you unlock as you progress are important since they can make or break a round you're playing.
and ter fact you can jump in on another players game really helps build comradery than anything.
Being a multi platform game really makes it interesting to see how others play.
( side note, sony scrapped the mandatory psn account requirements after players review bombed the game) the requirements of pc users has been scrapped since it was something sony tried to implement on the game ( not the publishers they made a strong game with a great replay value) a few months after launching
