I loved this movie. I felt so moved as to what these conversion therapy homes are. I knew they were not a place to send someone, but the abuse, torture and humiliation that is endured is absolutely horrifying. Trying to change someones mind as to who they are is not an option. If people can't accept someone for who they are, then they don't need to be in that person's life, regardless of who they are, parents, siblings, grandparents, friends. That person is the same person inside as outside before they came out, why change your opinion of who the are after they have made that terrifying choice to come out and truly be free to be themselves. Love them for who they are, not "what they are".
