I am a big fan of most of the Marvel movies but find Captain America Brave New World to be an underwhelming addition to the franchise. It ends up with an average plot without much surprises and a disappointing main adversary. Anthony Mackie knows his character Sam Wilson and he and the new Falcon make a good team but they needed a better storyline. I was surprised that Harrison Ford's Thunderbolt Ross had so much screen time as opposed to minimal amount for alter-ego the Red Hulk. Before this movie I saw coming attractions for Fantastic Four and the Thunderbolts Marvel films. I thought Thunderbolts may be the best Marvel movie this year because the cast seem to have chemistry and are having fun.

The Marvels is a situation comedy posing as a Superhero movie. Nick Fury is the helpless father figure in over his head & Brie Larson looks lost. Bring back the original Avengers team with a good plot to save the franchise pronto !

Really awesome movie. I don't have Netflix so I saw this in the movie theater. The entire cast is excellent ... top-notch action sequences ... some really cool characters If you like 007 this is for you. Chris Evans steaks the show with funny lines !

I love the Thor character but this movie misses the mark. The plot is thin ... the comedy is the dominant feature with everyone cracking lame jokes & no sense of real danger. If you are Marvel fan you will see it for sure but you most likely leave the theater wondering why the producers did not make it better. .
