Darrin Nolen – Google

The first 2 seasons absolutely deserve 5 stars. The 3rd season however only deserves 2.5 maybe 3. I fell like audiences were drawn in to the darkness of this version of Sabrina and collectively i think everyone enjoyed just how dark the show was and how it pushed the envelope and really gave us an original horror series. Season 3 however really just went in a total different direction tone wise. It was much lighter, not only in concepts but it color as well. Lots of pastels and it really played it safe. The pagans could have been made so much darker and really gone into the sacrificial moments with more fear and gave the audience a high stakes environment, but they didnt. Majority of season 3 felt cheesy and the musical numbers seemed like something that belonged in Glee not a horror story. So it really put a lot of people off. Season 3 had potential but the execution was just extremely flat. You have a giant success on hand when the church and all the Karens of the world are boycotting and throwing a fuss at the thematic elements of the series (like they did with Harry Potter) and now it feels like Netflix caved and made it for children and pre-teens. The musical episodes HAVE TO GO. Part 4 will be a giant test.

I actually loved it lol It answered pretty much all the questions I had from the previous two movies in this trilogy and had some awesome scenes. I’m surprised the critics hated it so bad haha It was action packed and really makes you look at some of the previous Star Wars movies different now. Like “what if” Idk. Movie was awesome. Everything we want in a Star Wars movie. Explained all the things people complained about from the last Jedi pretty much. Definitely left the theatre more hyped than I came into it. Like I wanna see it again.

Star Wars: The Rise of Skywalker

OKAY. So on first listen i was kinda ( not gonna lie) underwhelmed. i saw the pictures and track list when everyone else did on her instagram and IMMEDIATELY thought it was going to be a "back to roots" RED like album and then when i listed i was honestly (at first) disappointed . I didnt come into it with an open mind i had clear expectations and was really shocked that nothing was radio like. It definately is not a pop album, and not a country album either. It has lots of piano and minimal string instruments but you guys. I have fallen in love with this album. Its so down to earth and genuine and really just proves to the world that she is an amazing lyricist. No big build ups or anthems. Just Taylor and her effortless talent to paint a picture with music and make you feel emotions you've forgotten. Red has been my favorite album of hers for a long time and this quickly moved its way up the ranks. They are so different but so similar in emotional pull that its hard to really compare this Folklore album with anything she has done before. But it stays true to who she is and i just think thats amazing and effortless.
