Have immensely enjoyed this series but am most disappointed in the way it ended tonight with Elizabeth choosing Lucas over the Mounty Nathan who was much more suited for her and her lifestyle compared to an owner of a saloon no less. Just his looks makes him suspicious and a con artist. Why would she choose Lucas after she had grown so fond of Allie, the Mounty's precious daughter and him, except he reminded her of her late husband who was a Mounty and killed? I don't expect this relationship to develop into what Elizabeth's thinks. I don't trust Lucas for a second. I hope this will not be the way the series ends. Thank you for bringing these kinds of shows to watch rather than the other silly and many times vulgar ones shown on other networks. I love the Hallmark channel and even watch reruns of the Waltons nearly every night. What happened to Dr. Quinn, Medicine woman? I enjoyed watching it, too.
